Arxcore Payroll Cloud is a cloud-based payroll processing platform operated by Arxcore Innovations ("we", "our", "us") based in Ndola, Zambia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate company and employee information. You agree not to share your account access with unauthorised parties. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Access to Arxcore Payroll Cloud requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Arxcore calculates payroll based on the employee data and tax rates you provide. While we use the latest Zambian ExcelZamstatutory rates (PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA), it is your responsibility to verify that all calculations are correct before processing payments to your employees. is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect data entry.
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
Arxcore provides payroll processing tools but is not a registered tax advisory or accounting firm. We are not liable for any penalties, fines, or losses arising from payroll errors, missed statutory filings, or incorrect tax calculations. Users should consult a qualified accountant for tax compliance advice.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end at the close of your current billing period. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
