When you use Arxcore Payroll Cloud, we collect the following information: your email address and login credentials for authentication, company details you provide in settings, employee information you enter for payroll processing (names, NRC numbers, TPIN, NAPSA numbers, bank details, salary information), and payroll records generated through the platform.
Your data is used exclusively to provide the payroll processing service. This includes calculating salaries, statutory deductions (PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA), generating payslips and reports, and maintaining your payroll history. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the service.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and at rest on the server. Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account only. We do not access your employee or payroll data unless you specifically request technical support.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or employee data with any third party. The only exceptions are when required by Zambian law or a valid court order, or when necessary to provide the service (such as our cloud hosting provider storing encrypted data).
You have the right to access all data stored in your account at any time through the platform. You may request a complete export of your data. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. To exercise these rights, contact us at excelzaam@gmail.com.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. After account termination, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for data export requests. After 30 days, all data associated with your account is permanently deleted.
Arxcore Payroll Cloud uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or any third-party tracking tools.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
